How to Participate

1. Login to Facebook. You are required to sign up an account if you don’t have any.
2. Become fans atMuar Yuen Chen Siang Fanpage.
3. Snap some creative and warmest family/gathering/valentine photos. Maximum photos are 3.
4. Upload your photo on Muar Yuen Chen Siang Facebook Fanpage。
5. Winners are determined by number of “Like”.

Contest Requirements

1. The contest period is from 15th December 2009 to 21 February 2010.
2. This contest only open to Malaysian age 18 and above.
3. Participants are required to joinMuar Yuen Chen Siang Facebook fanpage and submit their entry on there.
4. Digital editing with software is allowed for the submitteed contest photo.
5. Participants are required to submit a photo with a “family reunion, gathering or valentine” theme photo and tag related person.
6. Photos submitted for the contest must have a PG-rating. The organiser will have the rights to delete entries that are overly offensive, risque, derogatory, sexual in nature or inappropriate.
7. Winners are determined through the number of “Likes” the photo receives.
8. The organiser will annouce the winners of the contest on 22th February 2010 through Muar Yuen Chen Siang Facebook fanpage. The top 10 winners must send an email to a@yuen.com.my for contact information purpose. Who doesn’t report themselves in 2 days later will be disqualified and to be replaced by next contestant.

Other Terms & Conditions

1. The organiser reserves the rights to withdraw or void any entries deemed inappropriate without any prior notice.
2. The organiser will not has the responsible to contact winners. For those who doesn’t report themselves will be disqualified and to be replaced by next contestant.
3. Participants are to be responsible for their own travel expenses if they are required to travel to collect their prizes.
4. All employees and directors, together with members of their immediate families, and those living in their same households (whether or not related), are ineligible to participate or be awarded and retain any contest prize.

1. The organiser reserves all rights to disqualify entries whereby any disimilate.
2. Contestant irrevocably agree that any media from their Facebook with relevance to the competition may be used by the organisers or Muar Yuen Chen Siang for promotional, advertising and commercial purposes.
3. The organisers and judges have the right to amend the competition rules and regulations without prior notice.
4. When the proposed winning prize become unavailable, the organisers and judges have the right to replace it with other prize of equivalent value.
5. The organiser and Muar Yuen Chen Siang will not be held responsible for any misleading information or defamatory statements published by individuals on all participating platforms.
